We recommend looking at the garment’s measurements in relation to your body and in comparison to a similar style of clothing you own. This is a great way of understanding the shape and size of a style.
Our linen styles are made from premium European flax linen, pre-washed, and ready to wear on arrival. Some are lightly pressed - within no time the fabric will soften with wear, crinkles and wrinkles will come naturally, giving it that stunning unironed look that we have all come to love. If you would like to speed up this process, we recommend popping it in the washing machine and following the care label washing instructions.
In Store
We purchase each of our collections in limited numbers, so we do not accept returns or exchanges in-store or online based on change of mind.
If a piece is deemed faulty, we will repair it if appropriate to do so, replace it if possible, issue a credit note, or issue a refund in keeping with Australian consumer law.
Purchases of Metta Melbourne can be returned for a credit or exchange, provided they are returned unworn, still tagged, and within 7 days. A credit or exchange will be granted if terms are agreed to, less administrative costs. Credit must be used within 6 months of receipt.
Online
Due to the nature of the dyeing process, Metta colours will vary between dye lots. This is not deemed as a fault. If you wish to match two Metta pieces together we recommend coming in store.

Domestic Orders
You'll receive an email notification once your order has been sent, including a tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an email immediately after placing an order with us.
International Orders
Once your order leaves us, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, misplaced or stolen packages. We highly recommend using a secure delivery address and keeping up with the movement of your package during transit.
